Nutrition and Wellness Coaching
Despite being a completely healthy and physically active person, some years ago I was diagnosed with elevated cholesterol.
Since then I have dedicated myself to pay close attention to my nutrition and that of my family’s. So much so that after being carnivorous for more than 35 years I decided to become a vegetarian and managed without medication to lower my elevated cholesterol levels. I am today witnessing the importance of maintaining a healthy nutrition and thus achieving a healthier lifestyle, and feeling stronger and full of energy.
Over the years, combining healthy eating and well-being such as practicing yoga and other low-impact exercises, I realized that this is the only way to raise awareness of the damage suffered by our body and mind when it comes to bad nutritional practices and inadequate life patterns.
After this realization I decided to become a Nutrition and Wellness Coach and thus be able to impart my knowledge and experience, both my own and my clients from a professional point of view.

What to Expect from a Nutritional and Wellness
Coaching Session with Me?
My job is to help you find and make better-eating behavior patterns, identify and overcome obstacles while guiding and motivating you to achieve a healthier and fuller life.
My work with clients is focused on general well-being, without a specific emphasis on nutrition. In order to optimize your health, I’ll provide accountability and tools to you in order to help you reach your goals, ranging from quitting smoking to reducing stress.
If you live in the Savannah area your coaching can be at your home or my Home Studio. However, if you live outside the area, we can meet via Skype, Zoom or Messenger.
In your personalized coaching sessions, we ideally work as a team for 8 sessions each with an approximate duration of 45 – 60 minutes in which:
- Without judgement, without prejudice and in total confidentiality, we will talk about your current diet and lifestyle in general
- I will write down details about your state of physical and mental health
- We will fill out some forms about your diet and lifestyle in general I will take your weight, your body measurements, calculate your body mass index (BMI), and take your blood pressure
- We will talk in an informal, but educational and motivational environment, about raising awareness on various nutrition and wellness issues in general
- I will suggest tools such as applications and websites, to keep you updated on articles on nutrition and wellness for a more balanced lifestyle
- I will give you recommendations on supplements that are an ideal complement to achieve a balanced and healthy diet
- At the end of the 8 sessions, I will do an evaluation again and we will talk about your achieved goals during our time working together
