Por lo tanto, no es una condici\u00f3n indispensable ser flexible para disfrutar del yoga. Est\u00e1n dise\u00f1ados para personas que no tienen experiencia en el yoga, o que tienen movilidad limitada o lesiones, o que simplemente quieren relajar su cuerpo y su mente en una clase de baja intensidad.<\/p><p>El nivel 2, se centra en clases o sesiones de intensidad moderada. Estas clases est\u00e1n estructuradas para individuos que ya tienen una base de yoga b\u00e1sica o que tienen suficiente condici\u00f3n f\u00edsica para disfrutar de una clase m\u00e1s r\u00edtmica.<\/p><p>El nivel 3, se enfoca en clases o sesiones especializadas en las que se profundiza en alg\u00fan tipo o especialidad de yoga. Al ser posturas que estimulan y fortalecen el cuerpo en su conjunto por lo completas que son, constituyen una forma de pr\u00e1ctica f\u00edsica de bajo impacto que tambi\u00e9n impacta positivamente a la mente.<\/p><p>Entonces tenemos que ver lo siguiente, el yoga ejercita el cuerpo de adentro hacia afuera, relaja la mente, mantiene la elasticidad de los m\u00fasculos, fortalece la elasticidad de las arterias, provee flexibilidad a la columna vertebral, mejora nuestra postura, y algunos de sus tipos como Vinyasa, tambi\u00e9n ejercita el sistema cardiovascular.<br \/>Es decir, la pr\u00e1ctica de las asanas es un ejercicio mucho m\u00e1s equilibrado, completo y al mismo tiempo armonioso.<\/p><p>En resumen, cualquier ejercicio de bajo impacto como el yoga podr\u00eda adaptarse perfectamente a cualquier rutina que est\u00e9s llevando a cabo. He trabajado con clientes que s\u00f3lo practican yoga, otros lo combinan con correr o caminar, otros con levantamiento de pesas libre, etc.<\/p><p>Si has comenzado a hacer yoga como un plan de bienestar general, con el objetivo de perder peso o mantenerte en forma, ten en cuenta que debe ir acompa\u00f1ado de una dieta y un estilo de vida saludable.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5a06139f elementor-widget elementor-widget-toggle\" data-id=\"5a06139f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"toggle.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-toggle\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-toggle-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-title-1511\" class=\"elementor-tab-title\" data-tab=\"1\" role=\"button\" aria-controls=\"elementor-tab-content-1511\" aria-expanded=\"false\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a class=\"elementor-toggle-title\" tabindex=\"0\">\u00bfHAY ALGUNA REGLA SOBRE COMER ANTES Y DESPU\u00c9S DE LA CLASE DE YOGA?<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-1511\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"1\" role=\"region\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-1511\"><p>Una alimentaci\u00f3n saludable y una buena hidrataci\u00f3n son esenciales si practicas o quieres practicar yoga regularmente.<br \/>Debes saber que aunque se recomienda que hagas tu pr\u00e1ctica con el est\u00f3mago vac\u00edo, tambi\u00e9n es importante que hayan transcurrido al menos 1-2 horas desde tu comida, as\u00ed te sentir\u00e1s ligero y mejor durante tu pr\u00e1ctica.
