CANCELLATION and NO SHOW POLICIES
All clients are solely responsible for reading and following our policies, so everyone can have an enjoyable practice while we maintain and sustain our wellness community.
Class and services Cancellation Policies
It takes a lot to run a wellness studio and provide quality offerings to our clients.
We try and offer you the best services possible. To do that, please be sure that you’re booking services which you can attend at the specified allotted time. It is your responsibility to read our cancellation policies before purchasing. Non-use of services are not grounds for a refund.
Early Cancellations
I. Early Cancellation Provision
Clients of nacánYoga + wellness, LLC. are required to provide notice of cancellation at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session time. The term “Early Cancellation” pertains to the act of a client canceling a booked session, class or service in advance of 24 hours from the commencement of the session.
II. Penalty-Free Early Cancellation
Clients are entitled to Early Cancel a booked session, class or service without incurring any penalties or charges if the cancellation is made 24 hours or more prior to the scheduled session start time. In the event of an Early Cancellation, the client shall be exempt from any financial repercussions.
III. Cancellation Modalities
Cancellations of sessions, classes or services can be effectuated through any of the following communication channels: email, telephone, or text message. Clients have the liberty to select their preferred mode of communication for notifying the Studio of their intent to cancel.
Late Cancellations - $15
Late Cancellation is a class or service canceled within 24 hours of the class or service start time. We understand sometimes an unexpected absence can occur. It is therefore required that if you must cancel your appointment you provide more than 24 hours’ notice. If not a $15 late cancel fee will be applied to you.
Absent no-show Policy
This Absent No-Show Policy applies to all clients of nacánYoga + wellness, LLC. (“Studio”) who have purchased a session, class or service.
I. Definition of Absent No-Show
An “Absent No-Show” is defined as the failure of a client to attend a scheduled session, class or service without providing prior notice to the Studio.
II. Consequence of Absent No-Show
For clients who have purchased a session, class or service and fail to attend without prior notification to the Studio, the booked class or service will be forfeited. This means that the opportunity to participate in the missed session, class or service will be lost, and no refund or rescheduling option will be available.
III. Notification Requirement
Clients are encouraged to notify the Studio of any circumstances preventing them from attending a scheduled session, class or service as soon as possible. This notification should be provided through one of the approved communication channels designated by the Studio, such as email, phone, or text message.
IV. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Clients who foresee that they cannot attend a scheduled session, class or service are strongly advised to cancel or reschedule their booking in accordance with the Studio’s cancellation policy. This proactive action will help avoid the loss of the booked session, class or service due to an Absent No-Show.
V. Exemptions in Cases of Medical Emergencies or Illness
Clients who have purchased a session, class or service and are unable to attend due to unforeseen medical emergencies or illness will be exempt from the consequence of an Absent No-Show leading to the forfeiture of the booked session, class or service. In such cases, clients must promptly communicate their situation to the Studio using the approved communication channels (email, phone, or text message) to ensure the exemption is duly acknowledged and applied. The Studio understands the importance of prioritizing health and safety and seeks to accommodate these exceptional circumstances with understanding and flexibility.
Please note, our cancellation policy is aimed to be a preventative measure rather than a penalty. As a mobile/home based studio offering private 1:1, small classes and wellness services, absent no-shows and late cancels are inconsiderate and limits other clients from participating in sessions and is disruptive to our overall Wellness Community.

We will post periodic updates and it’s the client’s responsibility to read any updates by visiting the cancellation no-show policies page. By using our site after nacánYoga + wellness, LLC. has updated its terms, you are agreeing to all the updated Terms; if you do not agree with any of the updated terms, you must stop using our site reference to our studio.
